Lovely Disabled Home provides job opportunities for unique needs.
Founded in November 2005, Lovely Disabled Home is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation providing job opportunities to physically and mentally challenged individuals who are 18-year-old and above.
We believe everyone, including the special needs, has their values in life. They can have stable employment if they are given opportunities and proper training.
Currently, there are nearly 70 special needs members with different levels of abilities. They share the same passion for work and live fulfilling lives. Many of them were shy when they first started work but over the years they have grown and developed self-confidence.
This achievement has assured Lovely Disabled Home that we are heading on the right pathway.
Our workplace consists of two divisions: workshop and recycling centre. Each special needs member will be interviewed before being assigned to one of the divisions for training based on their ability. Those working at the workshop, they involve in packaging jobs such as takeaway cutlery, hospital wristbands and socks. While for those working at the recycling centre, they focus on collection, categorisation and the sales of recycled items.
To sustain jobs for the members, Lovely Disabled Home collaborates with a local socks manufacturer to create its own branding LDH Socks
LDH socks are promoted at some organisations, corporate companies and churches. They are also available on this website. Let's order now!
