Joyful Bazaar

Lovely Disabled Home will host a Joyful Bazaar from April 24th to 26th, 2024, from 10 am to 4 pm, giving new life to unique second-hand items. The main purpose of the bazaar is to allow members with disabilities from workshops to experience the buying and selling process and develop their communication skills.

The Joyful Bazaar will feature several charity stalls selling a variety of practical second-hand household items, books, stationery, and clothing. Members from the Sun Group of workshops will serve as receptionists, with mentors and volunteers assisting nearby.

Additionally, from 12 pm to 4 pm, members of Lovely Disabled Home's Star Music Group will perform, along with dance performances by mothers and an exciting lucky draw event. Mothers of workshop members will also prepare their specialty dishes and pastries for the 3-day bazaar, offering different menus such as curry chicken with yellow ginger rice, Singapore noodles, red bean and mung bean soup, tea eggs, Hakka noodles, rice noodle rolls, and many other delicacies, allowing everyone to taste the flavors of happiness.
